Colors.to provides free color exploration tools including palette generation, color extraction from images, gradient creation, contrast checking, and related color utilities. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
3. Use of Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Use automated scripts to collect information from the Service
- Impersonate any person or entity
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Colors.to and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Color palettes and outputs you create using the Service are yours to use freely for any purpose, including commercial projects.
5. User Content
When you upload images to extract colors, the images are processed entirely in your browser. We do not store, transmit, or have access to any images you upload. You retain all rights to your uploaded content.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL COLORS.TO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
